Dealing with risk and incidents is part of doing international business. However, encountering a crisis is another story. A crisis can threaten human life and the reputation, or even the existence of your organization. So what if you could prepare yourself in a safe learning environment? Duration of the training: The length of the training is fully dependent on your learning objectives. Ideally we will give a good briefing and introduction on the structure and best practice some weeks before the actual exercise. The simulation will be fully tailored to your needs, so time, place, scenario and duration depends on your preferences and our subsequent design. As the evaluation is just as important as the simulation itself, we will be happy to support this aspect as well.

What will you be doing during the training?   In this training we expose your crisis management team to a highly realistic and serious simulated event. The presented case will be fully adjusted to customer realities, working environment and internal procedures of your organization. The team members will be able to practice the realities of having to deal with a variety of actors such as the general public, insurance companies, criminal elements, government, press, social media, family and colleagues.

Through our specially developed Media-sim, an effective online communication tool, the crisis managements team will be able to immediately see the effect of their communication, through incoming responses on their broadcasts.

The simulation team offers immediate feedback and improvement points.

About the trainers: The training will be facilitated by a professional and experienced crisis responder, who will provide immediate realistic advice and feedback. Furthermore, the training will be given by a senior security trainer, who will enable and ensure the integration of the learning points into your safety and security policies.

Both facilitators are specialised in designing, implementing and evaluating crisis management and are experienced in responding effectively to crisis situations in an organised and structured way. As all our trainers, they have CPP (ASIS) or CCMP (Certified Crisis Management Professional) accreditation.
